Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained by using the website, services or coaching is used at your own risk. You alone will be responsible for any damage or loss as a result of using our services.

Payment
Personal coaching sessions are paid in advance.
If you have booked one session, then the session must be paid latest when the session starts.
If you have booked a package of sessions or a number of sessions with a discount, the sessions must be paid in full before the first session starts.
Cancellation policy:
A personal coaching session can be moved/cancelled and be eligible for a full refund if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to session start.
A series of coaching sessions booked together (i.e. a package or a certain number of discounted coaching sessions) can be cancelled with at least 7 days notice. If a coaching program (containing more than one coaching session) is cancelled prior to the last coaching session (and with the notice stated above), you are eligible for a refund. The following formula will be used when calculating the refund:
[Your price] – [number of coaching sessions already held] x [single coaching session fee] = YOUR REFUND.
If you do not let us know about your wish to move or cancel an appointment according to above terms, the session must be paid in full.
