STAY OK Final Meeting in Munich: Finalising Tools for Sustainable Business Life

Spread the love

On July 1st 2025, six STAY OK project partners gathered for the final meeting, this time in the inspiring setting of Munich Business School, to celebrate what we’ve created together and wrap up the final workflow.

Thanks to the support of the EU, entrepreneurs and small business owners now have free access to the Stay OK e-learning platform and online course designed to support sustainable business life.

🧭 6 powerful modules are now live:
1. Career planning
2. Hybrid work strategies
3. Artificial intelligence for worker management
4. Accessibility & mental well-being
5. Community well-being
6. Life-work balance (or better yet… life-work integration)

This course isn’t just for entrepreneurs, it’s also been designed for educators, mentors, and coaches to integrate into their training and support offers.
💡 We’ve developed an online manual to make this easy, you can download it and check other resources on the project website!

In the afternoon, we were lucky to join an incredibly insightful event at MBS:
“Neurodiversity in Workplace and Learning Environments”

Speaker Astrid Brüggemann shared current data and strategies for supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Giftedness, and High Sensitivity; and how to better recognise their strengths and create more inclusive spaces.

This deeply resonated with our ongoing mission to rethink well-being at work and sparked new ideas for what’s next.

🎉 We’re excited to announce:
We’ll be hosting a Wellbeing at Work event in late August / early September!
Stay tuned for more details.
